Wedding Coordination

Designed for the couple that is able to accomplish it all, but requires a professional wedding planner to be there on the wedding day to do whatever it takes to ensure the wedding is exactly the way you planned it. We will handle the timeline changes, emergencies, and ensure everything is exactly the way you wanted it to be. We will step in a 1-month before your wedding to finalize all paperwork, plans, payments, schedules, deliverables and whatever is needed to make sure that your wedding plans are complete and ready to go. 
 
The Signature Weddings team will be on-site your entire wedding day to oversee all of the logistics and ensure that everything is in place and functioning as planned. We will be there to ensure that you are able to celebrate with your guests, making it possible for you and your guests to celebrate your momentous occasion without any interruptions.  We will distribute a wedding day itinerary to all wedding vendors involved, wedding party, emcee, and venue so that everyone is on the same timeline.
